BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Anaheim that those certain specifications prepared by the Superintendent of Light and Water and entitled "Specifications for Individual Outdoor Pole-Type Capacitor Units and Hangers. Series of 19+0 City of Anaheim," be and the same are hereby approved and adopted. The foregoing resolution was signed and approved by me this 22nd day of October, 1940. Lamb, and WHEREAS, John C. Lamb resided in Orange County maw► years during which time the sterling qualities of his character became well known throughout the County of Orange, and WHEREAS, from 1907 to October 8, 1940, he ably and efficiently served the County of Orange as its Tax Collector and vas the dean of our County Official f amily; NOW, THE ORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Anaheim that it mourns the untimely passing of John C.
