BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Anaheim that that certai
quitclaim deed, dated September 23, 1940; signed by Pamelia H. Mills, a widow,
whose address is g04 No. Los Angeles Street, Anaheim, California, wherein Pamelia
H. Mills, a widow, quitclaims to the City of Anaheim, California, a municipal
corporation of the sixth class, of the State of California, all that real property
situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California,described
as follows: Lot Nine (9) Block One (1); Lots Seven (7) and Twelve (12) Block Two
(2); Lot One (1) Block Three (3); and Lot One (1) Block Five (5) all in Tract No.
304, Mills Park Tract, as shown on a Map recorded in Book 14 page 50 of Misc. Maps,
records of Orange County, California, together with Lots Fourteen (14) and Fifteen
(15) Block Pour (4) in Tract No. 422, Mills Park Tract, as shown on a Map recorded
in Book 15, page 4E5 of Misc. Maps, records of Orange County, California, be and
the same is hereby approved and accepted by the City Council of the City of Anaheim
