BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF TS$ CITY OF ANAHEIM that
that certain agreement the and entered into this .30 day of
19 by and between U. S. Industrial Chemicals, Inc., a De Corporation
(hereinafter called "Industrial and the City of Anaheim, a municipal
corporation of the sixth class of the State of California, be and the
same is hereby approved and that the Mayor of the City of Anaheim is here-
by authorized and directed to sign and the Clerk of the City of Anaheim
to attest the sane.
AND BE IT FURTHIR MOLTED that that certain lease agreement made
and entered into this ,3Q clay of 19 by and between U. S.
Industrial Chemicals, Inc., a De re C rporation (hereinafter called
"Industrial and the City of Anaheim, a municipal corporation of the sixth
class of the State of California, be and the tame is hereby approved and
that the Mayor of the City of Anaheim is hereby authorized and directed to
sign, and the Clerk of the City of Anaheim to attest the same.
