RESOLUTION IN THE MATTER OF PROtiECT STATEMENT NO. 13
FOR ALLOCATION OF GAS TAX FUNDS ON STRETS OF IIAJOR
IMPORTANCE.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM THAT PROJECT STATEMENT NO13, PREPARED BY THE
CITY ENGINEER, REQUESTING THAT THE GAS TAX FUNDS APPOR—
TIONED TO STREETS OF MAJOR IMPORTANCE IN SAID CITY FOR
T4T7 FISCAL YEAR ENDING JUNE 30, 1941, BF ALLOCATED TO
THE RESURFACING OF LOS ANGELES STREET INCLUDING THE CONS—
TRUCTION OF A CULVERT ACROSS SAID STREET, AND MAINTENANCE
WORK ON PALM STREET, BE AND THE SAME IS HEREBY APPROVED
AND THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERIC ARE HEREBY AUTHORIZED AND
DIRECTED TO SIGN THE SAME ON BEHALF OF SAID CITY OF ANAHEIM,
ADOPTED THIS 9th day of July, 1940.
