RESOLUTION NO. 1189
WHEREAS, numerous individuals and organizations have devoted consider-
able time and effort in beautifying the City of Anaheim; and
WHEREAS, many of our citizens have wholeheartedly entered into the
program of "Cleanup and Paintup Week and
;AREAS, much has been done to make our City more inviting to visitors
and more pleasant in which to dwell, and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is greatly appreciat-
ive of the results which have seen attained,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Anaheim that it extends its sincere thanks to those promoting this program, and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that it does hereby express its keen appreciat-
ion to all who cooperated to make this activity a success.
The foregoing resolution was signed and adopted by me this 28th day
of May, 1940.
