'IISCELLANEOUS MAPS, RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY,
CALIFORNIA
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Anaheim
California, that that certain deed dated May 13, 1940, wherein
Nina R. Knapp and J. A. Knapp, her husband, grant unto City of
Anaheim a certain tract of land in Lot 2, Tract 'To. 9 as shown
'iscellaneous Maps,
on a map recorded in Book 32, page 50,, Records of Orange Co lanty,
California, be and the same is hereby accepted by said city; and.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the partial reconveyance of the same
property, executed Nay 14, 1940 by Abstract and Title Guaranty
Company, as Trustee under a deed of trust, also be and the same
is hereby accepted by said city.
The foregoing resolution was adopted by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim at a regular meeting held on the 14th day of
llay,1940, by the following vote:
