1940-1171BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Anaheim that that
certain grant deed dated. March 8, 1940, wherein Thresa Kneip, as administratrix
of the estate of John Kneip, deceased, grants to the City of Anaheim, by permis—
sion of the Superior Court in proceeding No. A-7784, for street purposes, a
parcel of real property in Block 2, of the Koeffler Tract in said city, be and
the same is hereby approved and accepted by said city.
The foregoing resolution was adopted by the City Council of the City of
Anaheim at an adjourned regular meeting held on the second day of April, 1940,
by the following vote:
AYES: COUNCILMEN, Mann,Pearson,Yungbluth,MartenetJr. and Sheri
NOES: COUNCILMEN, None
ABSENT AND NOT VOTING: COUNCILMEN, None
and was approved ana signed oa said date.
