SECTION 2, ORANGE COUNTY JOINT OUTFALL SEWER
BY
CITY OF ANAHEIM AS CONTRACTING CITY
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Anaheim, California,
that that certain land lease dated March 12, 1940 wherein Nina R. Knapp leases to
the City of Anaheim, as contracting city for Section 2 of the Orange County Joint
0utfall Sewer, a parcel of land in Section 5, T.5S.,R.10W.,S.B.B.& M. be and the
same is hereby approved and accepted, and Charles H. Mann and Charles E. Griffith,
Mayor and City Clerk respectively of said City of Anaheim, are hereby authorized
and directed to sign said lease as said officials of said city.
The foregoing resolution was adopted by the City Council of the City of
Anaheim at an adjourned regular meeting held on the 19th day of March, 1940, by
the following vote:

NOES: COUNCILMEN, None
ABSENT AND NOT VOTING: COUNCILMEN,
and was approved and signed on said date.

certify that the foregoing is a true copy of a resolution accepting a land lease
and authorizing its execution, adopted by the City Council of the City of Anaheim
