1940-1167BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Anaheim
that that certain grant deed dated. February 23, 1940, wherein Alfred. E.
Hart and Beatrice O. Hart, husband and wife, grant to City of Anaheim,
for street purposes, five parcels of real property in Lot 40 of Anaheim
Extension in said city, be and the same is hereby approved and accepted
by said city.
The foregoing resolution was adopted by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim at a regular meeting held on the 12th day of March,
1940, by the following vote:
AYES: COUNCILMEN, Mann, Pearson, Yungbluth, Martenet Jr., and Sheridan.
NOES: COUNCILMEN, None
ABSENT AND NOT VOTING: COUNCILMEN,
