RESOLUTION ACCEPTING EASEMENT DEED
FOR
STREET PURPOSES
IN
TWO PARCELS OF LAND IN
LOT 40, ANAHEIM EXTENSION
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Anaheim,
California, that that certain easement deed dated February 12, 1940, af-
fecting registered land and made in duplicate, wherein The Free Methodist
Church of North America, a corporation, grants to City of Anaheim, for
street and alley purposes, two parcels of real property in Lot 40, Anaheim
Extension, in said city, be and the same is hereby approved and accepted
by said city, and Chas. H. Mann and Charles E. Griffith, Mayor and City
Clerk respectively of said Cit of Anaheim are hereby authorized and
directed to sign and swear to Transferee's Affidavit annexed to said deed.
The foregoing resolution was adopted by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim at a regular meeting held on the 12th day of March, 1940,
by the following vote:
AYES: COUNCILMEN, Mann, Pearson, Yungbluth, Martenet Jr., and Sheridan
None
and was approved and signed on said date.
