1940-1159BE IT RESOLVED BY the City Council of the City of Anaheim that
that esrtain grant deed, dated Maroh 5, 1944, wherein D. W. Lemon,
a widower, grants to the City of Anaheim, a parcel of land, being
portions of L is 3 and 4, in Block 2, of the Koeffler Tract, as Shawn
on a map theriof recorded in Book 30, page 17, of Miscellaneous Records
of L Angeles County, California, together with a portion of North
Palm Street adjoining said lots on the east, all in the City of Anaheim,
Ora rge County, California, be and the same is hereby approved and aooepted
by said City.
The foregoing revolution was adopted by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim at an adjourned meeting held
by the following vote:
