RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
EMPOWERING THE CITY CLERK TO MAKE ALL REPORTS OF INFORMA-
TION AT SOURCE OF SALARIES AND WAGES PAID OFFICERS AND
EMPLOYEES.
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Anaheim, California that the City Clerk of said City of Anaheim
is hereby designated, appointed, empowered, authorized, and
directed to prepare and file with the appropriate officers,
and governmental agencies, and /or bureaus, of the United
States of America and of the State of California, all reports
of information at source pertaining to wages and salaries
paid by said City of Anaheim to its officers and employees
as may be required by the laws of the United States of America
and of the State of California and by the rules and regulations
of such officers and governmental agencies, and /or bureaus.
The foregoing resolution is signed and approved by
me this 23rd day of January, 1940.
