A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM &~ENDING RESOLUTION NO. 71R-546
GRANTING VARIANCE NO. 2302.
~lliEREAS, the City Council did heretofore to wit, on
December 21, 1971, adopt Resolution No. 71R-546 finding and
determining that a variance should be granted as to the property
described therein subject to certain conditions set forth in said
resolution; and
vrnEREAS, Condition No.2 of Resolution No. 71R-546
reads as follows:
"2. That subject property shall be developed substantially
in accordance with plans and specifications on file
with the City of Anaheim marked Exhibits Nos. 1 through
18, provided, however, that all lots shall have a
minimum of 7,200 square feet of area and shall be 70
feet in width."
AND WHEREAS, the City Council finds that said condition
should be changed to read as follows:
"2. That subject property shall be developed substantially
in accordance with plans and specifications on file
with the City of Anaheim marked Exhibits Nos. 1 through
18, provided, however, that all lots shall have a
minimum of 7,200 square feet of area."
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that Resolution No. 71R-546 be and the same
is hereby amended by deleting from Condition No. 2 thereof the
following:
"and shall be 70 feet in width."
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that in all other respects, said
Resolution No. 7lR-546 shall remain in full force and effect
granting Variance No. 2302.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
this 21st day of March, 1972.
