72R-101 RESOLUTION NO. 72R-10l ",-. A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM SETTING THE FEE SCHEDULE OF THE UNIFORM BUILDING CODE, VOLUME III, HOUSING, 1970 EDITION. WHEREAS, the city Council of the City of Anaheim has adopted the Uniform Building Code, volume III, Housing, 1970 Edi tion; and WHEREAS, it is the policy of the City Council to adopt a fee schedule for uniform codes by resolution. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Anaheim that the following fee schedule be, and the same is hereby adopted for the Uniform Building Code: (a) Total Valuation Fee $50,001.00 to $100,000.00 $5.00 $5.00 for the first $500.00 plus $1.00 for each additional $100.00 or fraction thereof, to and including $2,000.00 $20.00 for the first $2,000.00 plus $3.00 for each additional thousand or fraction thereof, to and including $25,000.00 $89.00 for the first $25,000.00 plus $2.50 for each additional thousand or fraction thereof, to and including $50,000.00 $151.50 for the first $50,000.00 plus $1.50 for each additional thousand or fraction thereof, to and including $100,000.00 $1.00 to $500.00 $501.00 to $2,000.00 $2,000.00 to $25,000.00 $25,001.00 to $50,000.00 $100,001.00 and up $226.50 for the first $100,000.00 plus $1.00 for each additional thousand or fraction thereof (b) Plan Checking Fees. When the valuation of the proposed construction exceeds One Thousand Dollars ($1,000.00) and a plan is required to be submitted by subsection (c) of Section 301 of the Uniform Building Code, 1970 Edition, a plan checking fee shall be paid to the Building Official at the time of submitting plans and specifications for checking. Said plan checking fee shall be equal to one-half (1/2) of the building permit fee asset forth in (a) immediately supra. When duplicate plans are submitted for plan checking, a fee of Ten Dollars ($10.00) shall be paid there- with. (c) A fee of Ten Dollars ($10.00) shall be charged for the preliminary inspection of any existing building where a permit to change the character of occupancy or use of said building is applied for or to make preliminary inspections on a building where no permit has been issued. -1- THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me this 21st day of March, 1972. ~ ATTEST: L-~ CI~ CLE~F ANAHEIM ~I~~~~ STATE OF CALIFORNIA ) COUNTY OF ORANGE ) ss .
