1939-11471 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 10 11 12 13 14 15 16 17 18 19 20 21 22 23 24 25 26 27 28 29 30 31 32 RESOLUTION NO. 1147 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DETERMINING THAT A LOCAL REGISTER SHALL BE MAINTAINED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE PROVISIONS OF SECTION 9707 OF THE ELECTIONS CODE OF THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA. BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Anaheim that pursuant to the provisions of Section 9707 of the Elections Code of the State of California, it determines, orders and author— izes that a local register of applicants for positions of election officers, including inspectors, judges and clerks, for each and all municipal elections, be kept on file by and with the City Clerk of said City of Anaheim, from which said City Council shall appoint said elation officers, including inspectors, judges and clerks, foi each and all municipal elections in said City of Anaheim; and BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that said City Clerk shall prepare application blanks and shall maintain such register in the manner provided for in said Elections Code.
