RESOLUTION ACCEPTING GRANT DEED
FOR WIDENING NORTH LOS ANGELES STREET
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Anaheim
that that certain grant deed dated September 25, 1939, wherein George A.
Moran and Fayette Moran, husband and wife, grant to City of Anaheim for
the widening of North Los Angeles Street, a strip of land 5.25 feet wide
in Lot 13, Block E, of Tract No. 23, Zeyn Tract Annex No. 2, in said city,
be and the same is hereby approved and accented by said city.
The foregoing resolution was adopted by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim at a regular meeting; held on the 26th day of September,
1939, by the following vote:
AYES: Councilmen: Mann, Pearson, Yun l uth, Marten Jr. a nd Sheridan
NOES: Councilmen: None
ABSENT AND NOT VOTING: Councilmen: None
and was approved and signed on said date.
