RESOLUTION ADOPTING MAP
No. 1139
RESOLVED, that the map for the following work
and improvement in the City of Anaheim, to -wit: the closing up
and abandonment of certain private roads, particularly described
as follows:
All of the Private Roads shoran on the map of Ana-
heim Investment Company's Tract recorded in Book
7 pages 33 & 34 of Miscellaneous Maps, records of
Orange County, California, lying within the area
bounded on the North by Crone Avenue, bounded on
the South bar Ball Road, bounded on the East by
Walnut Street, and bounded on the West by Sou Pac
R R, reserving and excepting to the said City of
Anaheim the right of way for a sewer pipe as con-
veyed to said City, by deed recorded March 8,
1911 in Book 196 page 21 of Deeds, Records of Orange
County, California,
as prepared for said improvement, showing in red tint the portion
of said 'private roams to be closed up and abandoned, and sub -
witted this 26th day of September , 1939, be and the same
is hereby adopted as the map for doing said work.
The foregoing Resolution was signed and approv-
ed by me this 26th day of September , 1939.
