RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF AIM
AUTHORIZING THE CITY TREASURER TO TRANSFER FUNDS.

RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAREIM:
That Beatrice M. Miller, City Treasurer of the City of Anaheim,
be and she is hereby authorized to transfer $619.55 from the General
Fund to the Library Fund. Said amount of transfer being made up as
followst Due the Library fund from 1935 -39 account, as per audit -
$97.65 and due the Library Fund from 1939 -1940 unsecured personal
property tax collected by the Assessor - $ 531.93 t total $ 619.59.
BE IT FMTHER RESOLVED that the B of America, Anaheim
Branch receive an attested copy of this resolution.
The foregoing resolution is signed and approved by me this
29th day of August, 1939
