A RESOLUTION DESIGNATING DEPOSITORIES FOR 7 FUNDS OF THE
CITY OF ANAHEIM
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Anaheim that
the Bank of America, National Trust and Saving Association, Anaheim Branch, and
the Southern County Bank, Anaheim branch, are hereby duly designated as
depositories for the funds of the City of Anaheim for the term beginning on
the 22nd day of August, 1939, and ending when this Resolution No. 1135 is
revoked and be it further resolved that the above mentioned Banks have furnished
depository bonds or securities which bonds or securities have been duly
approved by the proper authority, All resolutions contrary hereto are hereby
revoked.
The foregoing resolution is signed and approved by me this 22nd
dais of August, 1939.
