RESOLUTI0N OF TFr BOARD OF EQUALIZATION OF Ti3E CITY OF ANAHE
W S, the City Council of the City of Anaheim met as the Board of
Equalization of said city on the 14th day of August, 1939, at the hour of
ten o'clock A. M. on said date, and WF19REAS, notice of the time and place
of said hearing was given, all in the form time and manner provided by law,
and, 'MRIVAS, at said hearing, no objections were filed in the form provided
by law or otherwise, or at all, as Jto the assessment roll of the City of
Anaheim, and WHEREAS, said Board of Equalization proceeded to examine the
assessment roll,
NOW THEIRIEFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY TFT BOARD OF EgUALIZATION OF THE CITY 0?'
ANAMIM that the assessment roll and all assessments made on said assessment
roll by the Assessor of the City of Anaheim be and the same are hereby
confirmed and approved.
