1939-11201 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 10 11 12 13 14 15 16 17 18 19 20 21 22 23 24 25 26 27 28 29 30 31 32 R E S O L U T I O N N0. 1120 RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CLARIFYING CERTAIN PROVISIONS OF RESOLUTION NO. 1092 OF SAID CITY OF ANAHEILu, AND DECLARING THE INTENTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL WITH RESPECT TO THE SA1E. WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim did on April 26, 1938, pass and adopt its resolution No. 1092 wherein was provided that the employees of said City, other than heads of the various departments thereof, have the following holidays as vaca— tion with pay when employed by the City of Anaheim, to —wit: New Yearts Day Lincoln's Birthday Washington's Birthday Memorial Day Independence Day Labor Day Admission Day Armistice Day Thanksgiving Day Christmas Day and, - IMEREAS, it is the desire of the City Council to clarify said provision and to declare its intention with respect to the same; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Anaheim that employees of said City, other than heads of the various departments thereof, shall receive no pay for any holidays whereon they do.not work other than the holidays above mentioned.
