RESOLUTION APPROVIN01 AND AUTr EXECUTION OF AGREEMENT WITH
THE STATE DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS IN THE MATTER OF ALLOCATION OF
FUNDS FOR THE REPAIR OF SECTION 2 OF THE OUTFAIL SEWER.
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Anaheim that that
certain agreement between the City of Anaheim and the Department of 'Public
Works of the State of California, providing for the expenditure of Forty
Thousand 'Dollars ($40,000.00) allocated by the Director of Finance from
the emergency fund sp at the 1.938 Extra Session of the State
Tiegislature for the repair and rehabilitation of a portion of Section P
of the joint ontfall sewer, be end the same is hereby a. Pnd
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the mayor and city clerk of said city
be qnd they are hereby P to execute. said agreement on behalf
of the city upon approval of the city attorney.
