RESOLUTION IN THE MATTER OF PROJECT STATEMENT NO. 9
FOR ALLOCATION OF GAS TAX FUNDS ON
SANTA ANA STREET.
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Anaheim that Project
Statement No. 1 4 prepared by the City Engineer, providing for the al-
location to West Santa Ana Street of the entire amount of gas tax funds
apportioned to streets of major Importance in said city for the fiscal
year ending June 30, 1939, togethekr with the unprogrammed balance of
revenues for the fiscal year ending June 30, 1938, be and the same is
hereby approved; and
IT IS FURTHER RESOLVED THAT the mayor of said city be and he is hereby
authorized to sign said project statement in behalf of the city, and
the City Clerk to attest the same.
The foregoing resolution is approved and signed this 17tri day of May,1938.
