RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF
QUIT CLAIM DE 'D TO HIGH SCHOOL
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Anaheim
that the Mayor and City Clerk of said city be and they are
hereby authorized to exec a quit claim deed whereby said city
releases to Anaheim Union High School District a portion of the
sewer right of way granted to said city by deed recorded Feb-
ruary 3, 1 9 11 , in Book 115, page 273, of Deeds, Records of
Orange County.
The foregoing: resolution was adopted by the City Council
of the City of Anaheim at a regular meeting held on the 23rd
day of February, 1938, by the following vote;
AYES: Councilmen: Mann, Yungbluth , Pears on,Mart enet Jr. , and
Sheridan
NOES: Councilmen: None
ABSENT AITE) NOT VOTING: Councilmen: None
