RESOLUTION IN THE MATTER OF RELEASE
OF CLAIMS AGAINST COUNTY OF ORANGE FOR USE
OF JOINT OUTFALL SEWER
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Anaheim
that the Mayor and City Clerk of said City be and they are hereby
authorized to execute that certain Release whereby said. city
releases the County of Orange from all claims, demands, actions
and liability to said city for damages or compensation owing to
said city by reason of the disposal of county hospital sewage
through the joint outfall sewer prior to January 1, 1939•
The foregoing resolution was adopted by the City Council
of the City of Anaheim at a regular meeting held on the 23rd
day of February, 1938, by the following vote:
AYES: Councilmen PEARSON, YUNGBLUTH, MARTEN JR., SHERIDAN
NOES: Councilmen: NONE
ABSENT & NOT VOTING: Councilmen NONE
and was approved and signed on said date.

I, Charles E. Griffith, City Clerk of the City of Anaheim,
