RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING MAYOR AND CITY CLERK
TO EXECUTE GRANT OF EASEMENT
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Anaheim
that the Mayor and City Clerk of said city be and they are here-
by authorized to execute that certain agreement wherein Southern
Pacific Company and Southern Pacific Railroad Company agree to
grant to City of Anaheim, for the widening of West Santa Ana
Street, an easement over the southerly 10 feet of the property
conveyed. to the Southern Pacific Company by deed. recorded. in
Book 42, page 226, of Deeds, Records of Orange County.
The foregoing resolution was adopted by the City Council
