RESOLUTION ACCEPTING GRANT DEED
FOR WIDENING NORTH LOS ANGELES STREET
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Anaheim
that that dertain grant deed dated June 12, 1933, wherein Pamelia
H. Mille., a widow, grants to City of Anaheim, for the widening of
North Los Angeles Street, a tract of land in Lots 1 and. 2, Block 1,
Tract No. 304, Dills Park Tract, in said city,be and the same is
hereby approved and accepted by said city:
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the partial reconveyance of the
same property, executed December 10, 1937 by Bank of America
National Trust and Savings Association, as trustee under deed of
trust, also be and the same is hereby accepted and approved by
said city.
The foregoing resolution was adopted by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim at an adjourned regular meeting held on the
18th day of January, 1938, by the following vote:
AYES: Councilmen: Mann Pearson Yung Martenet.Jr, Sheri
NOES: Councilmen: None,
ABSENT AND NOT VOTING: Councilmen: None.

lution accepting deed for street widening and a partial recon-

the City of Anaheim at the time and by the vote hereinabove stated.
