RESOLUTION ACCEPTING GRANT DEED
FOR WIDENING NORTH LOS ANGELES STREET
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Anaheim
that that certain grant deed dated June 9, 1933, wherein E. B.
Segerstrom and Birdie N. Segerstrom, husband and wife, grant to
City of Anaheim, for the widening of North Los Angeles Street, a
tract of land in Lot 13, Block B, Wilke Addition, in said city,
be and the same is hereby approved and accepted by said city:
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the partial reconveyance of the
same property, executed December 10, 1937, by Bank of America
National Trust and Savings Association, as trustee under deed of
trust, also be and the same is hereby accepted and approved by
said city.
The foregoing resolution was adopted by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim at an-adjourned ourned regular .meeting -held on the
18th day of January, 1938, by the following vote:
AYES: Councilmen: Mann Pearson, Yungbluth, Uartenet jr. Sherid
NOES: Councilmen: None.
ABSENT AND NOT VOTING: Councilmen: None.
and was Approved and signed on said date.

I, Charles E. Griffith, City Clerk of the City of Anaheim, do

accepting deed for street widening and a partial reconveyance af-
