It is resolved by the City Council of the City of Anaheim
he
that Councilman X "Len. J. Sheridan be and /is hereby appointed
and designated as a representative of the City of Anaheim in all
matters pertaining to the out --fall seder, and is hereby authorized
to represent said City as the representative designated in all
contracts pertaining to said out -fall sewer entered into by the
City of Anaheim jointly with any other cities of Orange County.
The foregoing resolution is approved and signed, this 11th
day of January, 1938.
