RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ANAHEIM.
BE IT RESOLVED
By the City Council of the City of Anaheim that all
bids relating to cast iron valve boxes, received on the 4th
day of January, 1938, be and the same are hereby rejected..
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED
THAT the City Council of the City of Anaheim does hereby
declare and determine that, in its opinion, the said valve boxes
can be furnished to the City of Anaheim at a lol,f,er price in the
open market.

I, Charles E. Grifith, City Clerk of the City of Anaheim,
do hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly adopted
at an adjourned regular meeting of the City Council of the City
