RESOLUTION ACCEPTING GRANT :SEED
FOR WIDENING NORTH LOS ANGELES STREET
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Anaheim
that that certain grant deed dated May 24, 1933, wherein Edward
P. Backs and Angeline L. Backs, husband and wife, grant to City
of Anaheim, for the widening of North Los Angeles Street a
tract of land in Lots 1 to 6,inclusive, Block 4, Rothaermels
Addition, in said city, be and the same is hereby approved and
accepted by said city.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the two partial reconveyances
of said property acquired for street widening purposes, executed
Dec. 3, and Dec 23 1937, respectively, by the Corporation of
America as trustee under deeds of trust, be and the same are
hereby approved and accepted by said city.
The foregoing resolution was adopted by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim at a regular meeting held on the 28th day
of December 1937, by the following voter
