RESOLUTION ACCEPTING GRANT DEED
FOR 7IDENING NORTH LOS ANGELES STREET
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council Of the City of Ana'!
that that certain grant deed dated December 1 3, 1937, wherein
Ernest F. Martin and Lenoir Richards Martin, grant to City of Ana-
heim, for the widening of North Los Angeles Street, a tract of land
in Lot 5, Block E, Tract No. 23, Zeyn Tract Annex No. 2, in said
city, be and the same is hereby approved and accepted by said city.
The foregoing resolution was adopted by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim at aregular meeting held on the 14th day of
December, 1937, by the following vote:
AYES: Councilmen: MANN, PEARSON YUNGBLUTH, MARTENET AND SHERIDAN
NOES: Councilmen: N E
ABSENT AND NOT VOTING: Councilmen: NONE
and was approved and signed on s%id date.
