RESOLUTION ACCEPTIn'G GRANT DEED
FOR WIDENING NORTH LOS ANGELES STREET
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Anaheim
that that certain grant deed dated December 13, 1937, wherein
J.Simon Fluor, a widower, grants to City of Anaheim, for the widen -
ind of North Los Angeles Street, a tract of land in Lot 1,
Block A, Zeyn Tract Annex, in said city, be and. the some is here-
by approved and accepted by said city.
The foregoing resolution was adopted by the City Council
of the City of Anaheim at a regular meeting held on the 14th day
of December, 1937, by the following vote:
AYES: Councilmen: MANN, PEARSON, YUNGBLUTH, MARTENET,JR & SHERIDAN
NOES: Councilmen: NONE --
ABSENT AND NOT VOTING: Councilmen: NONE
and was approved and signed on said date.
