RESOLUTION ACCEPTING GRANT DEED
FOR WIDENING NORTH LOS ANGELES STREET
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Anaheim
that that certain grant deed dated July 21, 1933, wherein The
Savings, Loan and Building Association of Anaheim,a corporation,
grants to City of Anaheim, for the widening of North Los Angeles
Strdet, a tract of land in Lot 12, Block A, Elk Park Tract,
in said city, be and the same is hereby approved and accepted
by said city.
The foregoing resolution was adopted by the City Council
of the City of Anaheim at a regular meeting held on thel4th
day of December, 1937, by the following vote:
AYES: Councilmen: MANN, PE.ARSON YUNGBLUTH, MARTENET,JR & S HERIDAN
NOES: Councilmen:
NONE
ABSENT AND NOT VOTING: Councilmen: NONE
and was approved and signed on said date.
