RES'LUTION ACCEPTING GRANT DEED
FOR WIDENING NORTH LOS ANGELES STREET
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of:the City of Anaheim
that that certain grant deed dated July 11, 1933, therein Fred
J. O'Neill and Cassie O'Neill, husband and wife, graEnt to City of
Anaheim, for the widening of North Los Angeles Street, a tract of
land in Lot 11, Block A, Elk Perk Tract, in said city, be and the
same is hereby approved and accepted by said. city:
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the partial reconveyance of the
same property, executed December 10, 1937, by Bank of America
National Trust & Savings Association, as trustee under Deed of
Trust, also be and the same is hereby accepted and approved by
said city.
The foregoing resolution was adopted by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim at a regular meeting held on the 14th day of
December, 1937 by the following vote:
