RESOLUTION ACCEPTING GRANT DEED
FOR WIDENING NORTH LOS ANGELES STREET
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Anaheim
that that certain grant deed dated December 10, 1937, wherein
Ray J. Mahoney and Arleen B. Mahoney, husband and w. if e, grant to
City of Anaheim, for the widening of North Los Angeles Street,
a tract of land in Lot 5, Block 1, Tract N 304, Mills Park Tract,
in said city, be and the same is hereby approved and accepted by
said city.
The foregoing resolution was adopted by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim at a regular meeting held on the 14th day of
December, 1937, by the following vote:
AYES: Councilmen: MANN, PEARSON, YUNGBLUTH, MARTENET,JR & SHFRTnAN
NOES: Councilmen: Ni)NE
ABSENT AND NOT VOTING: Councilmen: NOSE
