RESOLUTION ACCEPTING GRANT DEED
FOR WIDENING NORTH LOS ANGELES STREET
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Anaheim
that that certain grant deed, affecting Registered Lamd, and
dated December 7) 1937, wherein Catherine Goodwin, a widow,
grants to City of Anaheim, for the widening of North Los Angeles
Street, a tract of land in Lot 2, Block 3, of Rothaermel's
Addition, in said city, be and the same is hereby approvedand
accepted by said city.
The foregoing resolution was ado- by the City Council
of the City of Anaheim at a regular meeting held on the 14th
day of December, 1 937, by the following vote:
AYES: Councilmen: MANN, PEARSON, YUNGBLUTH, MARTENET,JR & SHERIDAN
NOES: Councilmen: NONE
ABSENT AND NOT VOTING: Councilmen:
NONE
and was approved and signed on said date
