RESOLUTION ACCEPTING GRANT DEED
FOR 1 1IDENIFUG' NORTH LOS ANGTILES STREET
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Anaheim
that that certain grant deed dated December 7, 1 937, wherein
Catherine Goodwin, a widow, grants to City of Anaheim, for the
widening of North Los Angeles Street, a tract of land in Lots
and 2, Block 3, Rothaermells Addition, in said city and a tract-
of land in Lot 5, Block 1, Elliott- Anderson Subdivision, in said
city, be and the same is hereby approved and accepted by said.

The foregoing resolution was adopted by the City Council
of the City of Anaheim at a regular meeting held. on the 14th
day of December, 19372 by the following vote:
AYES: Councilmen: MANN, PEARSON, YUNGBLUTH, MARTENET,JR & SHERIDAN
