RESOLUTION ACCEPTING QUITCLAIM DEED
FOR ?WIDENING NORTH LOS ANGELES STREET
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Anaheim
that that certain quitclaim deed dated December 7, 1937, wherein
Thomas E. Cundiff and Ethelene Cun =iff, husband and wife, re-
lease and forever quitclaim to City of Anaheim, for the widening
of North Los Angeles Street, a tract of land in Lot 7 Block A,
Elk Park Tract, in said city, be and the same is hereby approved
and accepted by said city.
The foregoing resolution was adopted by the City Council
of the City of Anaheim at a regular meeting held on the 14th
day of December, 1937 by the following vote:
AYES: Councilmen: MANN, PElRASON, YUNGBLUTH, MARTENFT,JR & SHE.RIDAN
NONE
NOES: Councilmen:
ABSENT AND NOT VOTING: Councilmen: NO NE
and was approvedand signed on said date.
