RESOLUTION ACCEPTING GRANT DEED
FOR WIDENING NORTH LOS ANGELES STREFT
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Anaheim
that that certain grant deed dated May 12, 1933, wherein Max M.
Henderson and Aurelie S. Henderson, also known as Aurelia S.
Henderson, his wife, grant to City of Anaheim, for the widening
of North Los Angeles Street, a tract of land in Lot 2, Block B.
Zeyn Tract Annex, in said city, be and the same is hereby approved
and accepted by said city:
BE IT FURTHTR RESOLVED that the partial reconveyance of the
same property, executed December 10 1937, by Bank of America
National Trust & Savings Associatio} as trustee under Deed of
Trust, also be and the same is hereby accepted and arproved by
said city.
The foregoing resolution was adopted by the City Council df
the City of Anaheim at a regular meeting held on the 14th day of
December, 1 937, by the following vote:
