RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY CLERK TO INVITE SEALED PROPOSALS
FOR FURNISHING CHLORINE, PIPE AND FITTINGS, CONDITIT, Cr7Y'ENT, DIS'"
INTEGRATED GRANITE AND PAVING.
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Anaheim
that the City Clerk be and he is hereby authorized and. directed
to publish a notice by two insertions in the Anaheim Gazette,
inviting sealed proposals for furnishing the following supplies
and material to said city:
FOR JOINT OUTFALL SEWER- approximately 40 tons of chlorine gas.
FOR LA PALMA PARK - the following approximate quantities:
2 57 0 lin- ft. of 4 0 Cast Iron Water Pipe, Class B;
140 2P Standard galvanized pipe;

Said proposals to be received up to 8 o'clock, P.M., Decem-
ber 28, 1937.
The foregoing resolution was adopted by the City Council
of the City of Anaheim at aregular meeting held on the 14th day
of December, 1937, by the following vote:
AYES: Councilmen: MANN PEARSON, YUNGBLUTH, MARTENET,JR. & SHERIDAN
NOES: Councilmen: N()'NV
ABSENT AND NOT VOTING: Councilmen: NONE
and was approved and signed on said date.
