ADOPTING SPECIFICATIONS FOR PRE-MIXED ?TEARING SURFACE
PAVEMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Anaheim,
that those certain specifications prepared by the city engineer
and entitled "Specifications No- 55, Specifications for Asphaltic
Oil Pre-mixed Wearing Surface Pavement, City of Anaheim, Calif-
ornia", be and the same are hereby approved and adopted.
The foregoing resolution was adopted by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim at a regular meeting held on the 14th day of
December 1 937, by the following vote:
AYES: Councilmen: MANN, PEARSON, yUjj0LjjTH, MABTRNFT & SHERTnA
NOES: Councilmen: - __XQNV
ABSENT AND NOT VOTING: Councilmen: NONE
and was approved and signed
