BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Anah-im
that that certain grant deed dated June 70, 1933, wherein Rose
Smolowitz, grants to City of Anaheim, for the widening of North
Los Angeles Street, a tract of land in Lot 8, Block 4, Dills
Park Tract, Tract No. 304, in said- city, be and the same is
hereby wp t!.nd accepted. by said city.
