that that certain grant C July 3, 1933, wherein Jacob
Petry and Louisa Petry, husband and wife, grant to City of Ana-
heim, f or the widening of North Loc Anp, Street, a tract of
land in Lot 2, Block 4, ITills Park Tract, Tract No. 304, in
said. city, be and the same is hereby approved and accei b17
said city.
The foregoing resolution was adopted by the City Council
of the City of Anaheim at a re.vular meetin7; held on the 21 rd
day of November, 1937, by the following vote:
