RESOLUTION ACCEPTING GRANT DEED

BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Anah'eim
that that certain gpant deed dated November 9, 1 937, -
Sophie Rimpau, a single woman, grants to City of Anaheim for the
widening of 77est Santa Ana Street, a tract of land in Vineyard
Lot F-6, in said city, be and the same is bereby ap oved and. ac-
cepted by said city.
The - foregoing resoli".tion was ado by the City Council
of the City of Anaheim at a regular meeting held on the 9th
day of November, 1937, by the following vote:
AYES: Councilmen: MANN, PEAgSojT , yuNGBLTITH. MARTENET, JR P SHERIDAN
