RESOLUTION ACCEPTING GRANT DEED
FOR WIDENING NORTH LOS ANGELES STREET
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Anaheim
that that certain grant deed dated May 20, 1933, wherein
Carrie S. Hetebrink, grants to City of Anaheim, for the i -iden-
ing of North Los Angeles Street, a tract of land in Lot 3,
Block A, Elk Park Tract, in said city, be and the same is here-
by approved and accepted by said city.
The foregoing resolution was adopted by the City Council
of the City of Anaheim at a regular meeting held on the 9th
day of November, 1937 by the following vote:
AYES: Councilmen: MANN, PEARSOl, YUNGBLUTH M ARTEN E T, JR & SHER IDAN
NOES: Councilmen: NONE
ABSFNT AND NOT VOTING: Councilmen:
NONE
and was approved and signed on said date.
