RESOLUTION ACCEPTING! GRANT DEED
FOR WIDENING NORTH LOS ANG' LE'S STREET
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Anaheim
that that certain deed to a tractof land in Lot 6, Block E,
Zeyn Tract Annex No. 2 in said city, dated May 16 1 9332
executed by the Capital Compxiy, as grantor, in favor of the
City of Anaheim as grantee, for the widening of N Los
Angeles Street be and the same is hereby approved and accepted
by said. city.
The foregoing resolutionvas adopted. by the City Council
of the City of Anaheim at a regular meeting held on the 9th
day of November, 1937, by the following vote:
AYES: Councilmen: MANN, PEARSON, YUNGBLUT MARTENET & SHERIDAN
NOES: Councilmen: NONE
ABSENT AND NOT VOTING: Councilmen: NONE
and was approved and signed on said date.
