RESOLUTION ACCEPTING GRANT DEED
FOR WIDENING NORTH LOS ANGELES STREET
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Anaheim
that that certain grant deed dated June 2, 1933, wherein Bank
of America National Trust and. Savings Association, a National
Banking Association, grants to City of Anaheim, for the widening
of North Los Angeles Street, a tract of land in Lot 4, Block 4,
Mills Park Tract, Tract No. 304, in said city, be and the same
is hereby approved and accepted by said city.
The foregoing resolution was adopted by the City Council
of the City of Anaheim at a r egular meeting held on the 9 th
day of November, 1937 by the following vote:
AYES: Councilmen; MANN, P YUNGBLUTH, MAREENET,JR & SHER
NOES: Councilmen: NONE _
ABSENT AND NOT VOTING: Councilmen: NONE
