RESOLUTION ACCEPTING GRANT DEED
FOR WIDENING NORTH LOS ANGELES STREET
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Anaheim
that that certain grant deed dated July 17, 1933, wherein
Samuel S. Fox and Mary Fox, husband and wife, grant to City of
Anaheim, for the widening of North Los Angeles Street, a tract
of land in Lots 9 and 10, Block 4 Sills Park Tract, Tract
No, 304, in said city, be and the same is hereby approved
and accepted by said city.
The foregoing resolution was adopted by the City Council
of the City of Anaheim at a regular meeting held on the 9th
day of November, 1937, by the following vote:
AYES: Councilmen: MANN, _p.,. ARSON, YUNaBLLITH, MARTENET,jR & SHER
NOES: Councilmen: NONE
ABSENT AND NOT VOTING: Councilmen: NONE
