RESOLUTION ACCEPTING GRANT DEED
FOR WIDENING WEST SANTA ANA STR 7,T
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Anaheim
that that certain grant deed dated October 26, 1937, wherein
H.A. Kenney, a single man, gr<.nts to City of Anaheim, for the
widening of test Santa Ana Street, a tract of land in Block B,
of Davis Bros. Addition, in said. city, be and the same is
hereby approved and accepted by said city.
The foregoing resolution was adopted by the City Council
of the City of Anaheim at a regular meeting held on the 26th
day of October, 1937, by the following vote:
AYES: Councilmen: M ann, Pearson, Yungbluth, Martenet, Jr. She ridan
NOES: Councilmen:
None
ABSENT AND NOT VOTING: Councilmen: None
and was approved and signed on said date.
